Below are recollections of various events that I have curated from personal endeavors to professional accomplishments.

Garden Party

summer 2020

One of my best friends was leaving San Diego for the summer, and her impending exit prompted me to throw together a dinner party to celebrate the start of summer.

VISION:

I prepared Mediterranean fare with a focus on in-season components. A 4-course meal was served in the company of true friendship.

Pi Beta Phi

Parents Weekend

spring 2020

My sorority at Tulane, Pi Beta Phi, had never held a parents weekend event. My best friend and I decided that as Sophomores we would take the initiative and plan a 3-day event for around 400 guests.

VISION:

To welcome families who traveled far and wide to visit their Pi Phi's in New Orleans, I sought out Friday's venue to "wow" guests by capturing not only the historical aspects of the city but also show how far New Orleans has come.

Saturday was filled with friendship as families mingled with gourmet french charcuterie, personalized ΠΒΦ cookies, and tasteful hydrangea arrangements within our humble sorority house. Later, families were encouraged to join an informal picnic at "the fly" to watch the sun set on another perfect Louisiana day.

Sunday's itinerary consisted of brunches and appreciation of the live music scene around the Big Easy, and farewells to an incredibly successful weekend.

My Birthday

01/23/20

The greatest joy on my birthday is gathering people I love to spend high-quality time together. This year was no different.

VISION:

My birthday gift this year was to gather my closest friends and bring them together at a fabulous happy hour. I made my annual address of gratitude to them for bringing vibrancy into my life, and we enjoyed brut flights as well as assorted seafood platters and brie dishes.

Enjoya La Jolla

Throughout my internship at the La Jolla Village Merchant's Association during the summer of 2019, I was put in charge of a monthly event that promoted a business improvement district of over 100 storefronts. After my first month, customer engagement increased by 33%!

VISION:

Every event is designed to draw out San Diegans to enjoy what La Jolla has to offer. Each month, the event would have a new theme, and my personal favorite was the Global Wellness Day celebration. I coordinated 3 free wellness classes(Garden Yoga at the La Valencia Hotel, Mini Pilates classes, and 'Vino and 'Vinyasa) as well as 60 opportunities to obtain free gifts and treats for participants.

House of Blues

Marketing Internship

My internship with the House of Blues and LiveNation was great exposure to events within the music industry. I learned how to create engaging promotional content in preparation for events, how a large scale venue is set up, and how to populate social media while an event is taking place.

VISION:

Every single artist who comes to the House of Blues has its own specific marketing plan as well as aesthetics. Each project I took on presented a unique challenge for me to learn from and grow. The energy you feel when shooting content in front of the barricade while the crowd goes wild behind you is electric.

I organized and negotiated with Petco Park executives to lay the foundation for annual games hosted by the MLB park for local high schools. Each ticket/memorabilia item purchased directly benefits the community service organization of choice.

VISION:

Service to others has always been an incredibly impactful passion of mine, and setting this precedent has helped so many who are in need over the years.

A tradition within my high school is our annual 'Dig For The Cure' volleyball game to benefit Susan G. Komen. I inherited the event all by myself and ran it from my Sophomore year, to the event's 10th anniversary for my Senior year!
